Their Delivery and packing service for all orders up to £150 is calculated on a weight basis where most articles ship for £5.50, including insurance should your goods or Asterope card be lost or damaged enroute. For all mainland UK shipment of orders over £150, delivery is FREE of CHARGE. Orders are usually processed to arrive with you within 3-4 working days (not including weekends) of them receiving your order however please allow up to 14 days for delivery. On some occasions, Asterope card, may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be despatched, or they will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the stock is due to arrive.

You must Return the goods or Asterope card to them at your cost and they advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned products are lost they will not be liable for them. If you have not returned the goods or Asterope card within 14 days of cancellation, or if you request it, they can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request them to arrange for a courier collection they are unable to specify the collection time and someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
